When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device information, and the referring page. We use it to deliver, troubleshoot and secure the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, working website.

Our hosting provider processes this data as a service provider. Server logs are deleted under the hosting provider’s security and retention rules once they are no longer needed for these purposes.

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, message and, if supplied, company name to respond. Required fields are marked. The form forwards your message to info@gottesmannagency.com. To limit abuse, we also process pseudonymous identifiers derived from email and IP address, together with the times of submission attempts.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or precontractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete enquiries after handling them when there is no legal retention duty or legitimate reason to keep them. Rate limiting identifiers are not used for advertising.

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you expressly opt in via the notice on this site. It is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Usage data such as page views, device and browser information and your IP address may be processed, and cookies such as “_ga” may be set. We use this information to understand site usage and improve the experience. The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Google may also process data outside the EEA. Read the Google Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining prevents the Analytics script from loading. On withdrawal, we remove Analytics cookies set by this website where technically possible.

Our project videos are hosted on Vimeo. The player loads only after you actively start a film. Vimeo then receives necessary connection data, including your IP address and information about the video requested. We use the “dnt=1” parameter; Vimeo states that this prevents new player cookies. Loading the video follows your active request; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Read the Vimeo Privacy Policy.

Links to social networks and partner websites transfer data to the external site only when you click them. The provider’s own privacy notice then applies.

We save your Google Analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under “gottesmann-analytics-consent”. This entry is needed to manage your preference. You can change it through “Cookie settings” or delete it in your browser settings.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact info@gottesmannagency.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian Data Protection Authority.
